Preparation

What we need at your site.

Working on site stands or falls with the preparation. If we know up front what is there, where it stands and who decides about it, we drive out once and it is done in one visit. That is why we ask for a photo, the material and the location with your request.

We bring the laser equipment, the extraction with filtration, the screening and the personal protective equipment ourselves. From you we mainly need access and coordination.

When we come.

Inside your maintenance window

The stop is already in the calendar. We slot our work into it, so you do not add any downtime.

Outside production hours

Evening, night or weekend, when the line cannot stop during the day. We agree the zone with your shift leader.

Before an overhaul or inspection

Seams and surfaces clean and ready to assess, exactly in time for the inspection.

When it is urgent

Send a photo and say when it has to be ready. You will hear quickly whether it is feasible.

How far do you travel?

All of the Netherlands. For work just across the border we ask about the size of the job first, because travel and set up have to be in proportion to the work.

What do I have to arrange myself?

Access to the surface, a zone we may screen off, a power connection and a contact person who can arrange the work permit. The rest we bring ourselves.

Can you work in a confined space or at height?

That is possible, but it does determine the measures. Mention a confined space, work at height or an explosion hazard zone with your request and we match the plan to it.

How long does setting up take?

Usually part of the morning: driving out, cordoning off the zone, placing the extraction and cleaning a test patch. After that the work runs on.
